The condo offers a great experience overall, with a large gym and helpful concierge. However, there were occasional issues with the elevators. The front desk staff, though, can be rude and condescending. For instance, when a resident was smoking on the sidewalk near the entrance, they were told to move across the street, even though they were waiting for a friend.
