The building has a new manager and has addressed many previous issues. Its well-run with low maintenance fees, a beautiful pool, and strong financial health. However, some residents have expressed concerns about poor communication, maintenance issues, and an unresponsive property management team. Problems include unpleasant odors, frequent elevator outages, and poor building maintenance. Some residents feel frustrated with managements attitude and lack of action on concerns. While the building has potential, management issues remain a significant downside.
