M2M Condos is a notable project developed by a Chinese developer in Toronto, following Greenland Group as one of the first large-scale high-rise residential communities. The first phase features two 34-story buildings with 810 units.

The largest Korean supermarket, Gallery, is a 10-minute walk away, and the first floor of M2M Condos will soon be home to H Mart, enhancing convenience for residents.  

M2M Condos is priced higher due to its premium location and the initial high prices paid by first-round buyers. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the Finch bus hub, connecting residents to Viva, Go Train, subways, and numerous bus routes for quick access to the entire city.  

The surrounding business district makes it ideal for white-collar workers who can enjoy living in modern apartments with easy access to work. However, some ground-floor units may experience limited sunlight due to obstruction, so selecting the right unit is crucial.
