Located in Henry Farm, Toronto, Emerald City Phase III was built between 2019 and 2020 near Don Mills Rd and Sheppard Ave E. This phase introduced four high-rise condos: The Park Club, The Peak, Lumina, and The Point, adding to the acclaimed Emerald City Phase I and II.

These buildings offer a wide range of amenities, including gyms, indoor pools, yoga rooms, spas, party rooms, outdoor terraces, and concierge services. Residents enjoy a prime location, just a 6-minute walk to Fairview Mall, Winners, The Bay, and T&T Supermarket, with the Parkway Forest Community Center next door providing daycare, aquatic facilities, and fitness spaces.

Despite its many advantages, these four buildings are considered less desirable than Phase I and II due to their smaller unit designs, which make the layouts of Phase I and II more appealing to buyers. Additionally, the community’s safety issues have drawn public attention, with shootings occurring few times.
